METHODS FOR GETTING YOUR PHOTO TO PHOTO GRAPHIC CREATIONS

METHOD 1  You may mail us your damaged photo by going to your local post office and purchasing a "photo mailer", Place your photo in the mailer, along with a phone number where you can be reached during business hours, and an amount for shipping equal to what you were charged, and send it to the address below. Immediately, upon receiving your original we will contact you with the price category which applies to your photo restoration. Your original will be returned to you unchanged.

METHOD 2  You may take your photo to a facility capable of scanning it at at least 300dpi (they will know what you mean), and if the resulting file is small enough to fit on a floppy, zip drive, or if you can have it put on CDROM you may mail us the floppy, zip disk, or CD. We typically do our scans at 600dpi.

METHOD 3 You are welcome to try to email us a scan of your photo in need of restoration but it will probably be to large of a file to send effectively through e-mail.
